Description
Some enhancements to the outline view which are desirable:
- preference (or button) for switching on/off display of comments
- fix hiding of single-element proofs (code is there but faulty)
- simplify colour options: use script management colours or don't
- double-click action for goto here
- add standard context menu for elements
