Comical giant icons in outline view

Description
Sometimes the outline view displays abnormally large icons. Precise recipe for duplications is needed; maybe it only happens in remote X server cases?

Remote X is not sufficient to duplicate. Will investigate further.

Here's a recipe: (1) close outline view; (2) parse file e.g., process a step; (3) open outline view with Window -> Show View.

Graham: if you can duplicate this could you look at it? I see it most often when switching to the outline view *after* parsing a file.
